From the Sky

This is my oc, Kyle. This scene occurred after Out in the Rain (rosecruz.deviantart.com/art/Ou…). He is found by the government to have the ability to control the wind. As a result, he is taken by the government and is used as a child soldier to fight against other ability users. 
For this piece, I tried adding colors. I'm not really good at drawing clouds, but I'm working on it. The shadows and lighting was also difficult. I had some difficulty with the shirt.
